How do I determine my correct size in Grant Stone boots?
Most of our lasts, such as the Leo last, run a half size large compared to standard US dress shoes. We recommend sizing down one half size from your typical Brannock device measurement for the best fit.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 15-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure you try your footwear on a carpeted surface to avoid scuffing the outsoles, as damaged items cannot be accepted.
How long does shipping take within the United States?
Standard domestic orders typically process within 1-2 business days. Once shipped via UPS or FedEx, delivery usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any local customs duties or taxes.
Can Grant Stone footwear be resoled?
Absolutely. Our footwear is constructed using a Goodyear welt, which allows a cobbler to replace the outsole multiple times, significantly extending the lifespan of your boots or shoes.
What types of leather do you use?
We source premium leathers from world-renowned tanneries, including Horween in Chicago, C.F. Stead in England, and various specialized tanneries in France and Italy.
