Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your footwear; therefore, we offer a 15-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items in their original condition. Please ensure your boots or shoes are only tried on indoors on a carpeted surface to avoid scuffing the leather outsoles.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Verify that your items are in brand-new, unworn condition with all original packaging included. Items with creased uppers or scratched outsoles cannot be accepted for a refund.

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different size.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, then securely pack your footwear in the original Grant Stone box and shipping carton.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects and approves the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
